Payment and Refund Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
Scope of the policy and the products or services it covers
This Payment and Refund Policy applies to all transactions conducted through celeblinko for access to professional media training courses and related services. These include modules on video operation, live signal management, content distribution, camera work, and the creation of high-quality feeds for news and broadcasting. The policy covers both one-time course purchases and subscription-based access where applicable. It does not extend to third-party platforms or services accessed via external links.
Prices, currencies, taxes, and any additional charges
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include value added tax (VAT) at the prevailing UK rate unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply for optional add-ons such as certification or extended access periods. Currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility and are not included in the listed price. celeblinko reserves the right to adjust prices for new enrolments, but existing confirmed bookings remain at the price agreed at the time of purchase.
Accepted payment methods, payment authorisation, and payment security
We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and approved digital wallets. Payment is authorised at the point of checkout through secure third-party processors compliant with UK payment standards. All transactions use encrypted connections to protect card details. Authorisation confirms sufficient funds and may result in a temporary hold on your account until the transaction clears.
Order, booking, or service confirmation and when a contract is formed
A contract is formed once you receive an email confirmation following successful payment. This confirmation details the course access start date, duration, and any specific terms. Until this confirmation is issued, no binding agreement exists and any amounts held will be released.
Cancellation rights and applicable cancellation periods
Under UK consumer law you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of contract formation during which you may cancel without reason. For digital content or services that begin immediately upon access, this right is lost once you start the course. Cancellations must be notified in writing via the contact form on our Contacts page.
Refund eligibility, exclusions, and non-refundable items or services
Refunds are available within the cooling-off period provided no substantial course content has been accessed. Exclusions include completed modules, downloaded materials, or promotional bundles. Non-refundable items also cover any administrative fees already incurred for custom course adaptations.
The step-by-step procedure and information required to request a refund
To request a refund, submit a written request through the contact form on the Contacts page including your order reference, full name, and reason for cancellation. You must provide proof of purchase and confirm you have not accessed restricted content. Requests received outside business hours are processed on the next working day.
Inspection, approval, rejection, and notification of the refund decision
Upon receipt, celeblinko will inspect your account activity within five working days. You will be notified by email of approval or rejection. If rejected, the email will explain the specific reasons and any options for appeal. Approved refunds proceed automatically to the next stage.
Refund method, processing time, and when funds should reach the customer
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing takes up to ten working days after approval, though bank processing may add further time depending on your provider. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been dispatched.
Special rules for digital content, subscriptions, services, or promotional offers where relevant
Digital course content is non-returnable once downloaded or streamed. Subscriptions may be paused but not refunded mid-term except under the cooling-off rules. Promotional offers are subject to their own expiry dates and are ineligible for partial refunds if the offer terms have been met.
Failed payments, duplicate charges, chargebacks, and suspected fraud
Failed payments must be resolved within seven days to maintain enrolment. Duplicate charges are investigated and refunded automatically where verified. Chargebacks or suspected fraud will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, after which legitimate claims are honoured in line with UK regulations.
Mandatory consumer rights in the target country that the policy cannot exclude
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. These rights cannot be excluded and take precedence where any conflict arises.
